Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of orange juice natural
  • 3 spoonfuls of White wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
  • 2 spoonfuls of shallot finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of olive oil

    Preparation

    Blend the orange juice with the white wine vinegar, the thyme, the shallot, the ginger, the salt and the pepper. Add the olive oil slowly in a thin stream , while still blending until emulsifying.
    Serve in a jar and keep refrigerated.
