Ingredients

4 portions
  • 20 grams flour
  • 20 grams butter
  • 5 milliliters olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • whole peppers, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour little by little. Mix the preparation to prevent lumps from forming.
In a mortar, place the cloves of garlic, pepper and salt. Crush until you get a paste. Add the olive oil little by little, continue crushing.
Pour this preparation over the flour. Serve in a bowl.

PRESENTATION

Serve the sauce in a bowl.

TIPS

Remove the root from the garlic, this is half the garlic clove.
