A delicious herb sauce that you can use as a dressing or to sauté your favorite fish and that is full of flavor.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons herb, finely chopped (rosemary and basil)
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Over low heat melt butter, add garlic, herbs and ginger and stir fry. Once ready, remove from heat add olive oil and season.
