This olive oil is flavored with garlic. You can use it to cook a fish, a meat, to flavor the bread or for a salad.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 liters extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic

Preparation

Cut the garlic in half and remove the germén.
