Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients with a balloon whisk and season with salt and pepper.
