Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1 green lemon
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 1 pinch wasabi

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix the soy sauce with the wasabi until it is dissolved.
Add the lemon juice, sake and chives and mix well.
