In a small bowl, mix the milk with the lemon juice and let it sit for 15 minutes. Chop the onion into small cubes and finely chop the garlic, removing the green part from the center (heart). Wash and disinfect the parsley, once dry, chop finely. In a deep bowl, mix the milk with lemon juice, mayonnaise, parsley, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
