Put the sliced onion in a bowl and add the orange juice and vinegar. Season with salt. Roast the habanero peppers by placing them directly over the fire for about 5-10 minutes, then put them in a tightly sealed plastic bag to "sweat the peppers" and remove the skin. Chop them finely and mix them into the onion. Let marinate along with the chopped radish for about 3 hours and serve with cochinita pibil.
