Preparation
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Brown onion and chilies in the oil for 2 minutes and add the tomatoes. Continue cooking for 5 minutes or until the tomatoes release their juice.
Add the beer and salt and cook for 20 minutes allowing the beer to cook the tomatoes.
Blend the sauce and serve.
