Preparation
For the sauce, heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil, fry the chiles with the sesame seeds and garlic, remove the preparation from the pan and chill. Remove the peel from the garlic that you previously fried.
Place the previous preparation in the molcajete with the salt and the dressing adding the oil little by little, continue until you get a sauce. Serve.
