Preparation
Melt the butter in a pan, taking care not to burn.
Add the curry powder and garam masala. Cook, stirring, for a minute.
Blend the previous preparation with milk, the flame should be medium-low so that it has a slight boil. At this point you can add a bit of apple pulp.
Stir constantly and cook for 5 minutes, or until you notice that the sauce thickens.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Serve on your vegetables or rice.
