This curry sauce has an exquisite and spicy flavor. You can combine it with cooked or steamed rice or as a dressing in your vegetables.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 2 cups soy milk, or almond milk
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan, taking care not to burn.
Add the curry powder and garam masala. Cook, stirring, for a minute.
Blend the previous preparation with milk, the flame should be medium-low so that it has a slight boil. At this point you can add a bit of apple pulp.
Stir constantly and cook for 5 minutes, or until you notice that the sauce thickens.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Serve on your vegetables or rice.

TIPS

For you to have more flavor, you can prepare it by adding 1 cup of apple pulp.
