Pour the olive oil into a skillet, then cook the jalapeño chiles, serrano chile, and garlic for 10 minutes or until golden. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Add olive oil to the same skillet and toast the peanuts for 5 minutes or until ready. Set aside.
