Delicious hot sauce recipe prepared in a traditional molcajete. It is perfect to accompany almost any dish.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 3 pieces of tomato
  • 5 pieces of jalapeno pepper
  • 1/3 of piece of onion
  • to taste of coriander
  • 1 piece of green lemon
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 clove of garlic

    Preparation

    Wash and disinfect the ingredients.
    In a pot, boil half a liter of water and cook the tomatoes, onion, garlic and cilantro over medium heat.
    Toast the chiles on a grill or comal.
    When they are ready, let them cool and then remove the skin.
    Place all the ingredients in a molcajete and crush until everything is undone.
    Finally add the lemon and salt to taste.

    TIPS

    It is easier to start by crushing the peppers, and then add the other ingredients.
