Preparation
Wash and disinfect the ingredients.
In a pot, boil half a liter of water and cook the tomatoes, onion, garlic and cilantro over medium heat.
Toast the chiles on a grill or comal.
When they are ready, let them cool and then remove the skin.
Place all the ingredients in a molcajete and crush until everything is undone.
Finally add the lemon and salt to taste.
