A sauce to accompany tacos, Swiss enchiladas and put on everything we want to pique and enhance the flavor. It is to suck your fingers.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 7 manzano peppers, or peron
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic, big
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cups water

Preparation

Cut the chiles (if you want you can remove seeds), cut the onion into segments.
In the oil, brown the chiles, onion and garlic until they turn golden.
Place everything in the blender together with the oil in the saucepan, add a little water, season and grind.
To enjoy!

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with a sprig of cilantro on one side.

TIPS

The more golden the chiles avoid burning, the more flavor the sauce acquires and the less the spiciness.
