One of the most common, delicious and nutritious salsa of Mexican cuisine. It is a sauce with few ingredients, where the vegetables are not cooked or ground. Being a sauce without cooking, the essential vitamins of the vegetables are not lost, apart from which they give a delicious flavor.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunches fresh coriander, chopped
  • 4 chile de árbol peppers
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Wash and disinfect all the ingredients. Pícalos in small cubes.
Place them in a bowl, mix them and add salt to taste.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with coriander leaves around the plate.

TIPS

Prepare the sauce only a few minutes before serving, so that the tomato does not watered.
