Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 onion
  • 1 habanero chile
  • 4 limes, just the juice
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • salt

Preparation

File the onion and reserve.
Slice the chiles; thin, very carefully. Place them on the onion.
Add the lemon juice, sprinkle some oregano and salt.

I use gloves so as not to enchillame my hands, you can add a little grated carrot
