Delicious spicy sauce to accompany a traditional Mexican recipe, the delicious birria. The sauce recipe for birria is easy to make, and you can use it to accompany the dish that you like the most.

Ingredients

20 servings
  • olive oils necessary amount
  • 2 pieces of tomato
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of sea ​​salt
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of chicken bouillon
  • 30 pieces of Chile de árbol pepper

    Preparation

    Heat a large skillet and add a little olive oil, sauté the tomatoes and onion until the onion is acituated and the tomato starts peeling on all sides, sauté the garlic and add everything to a blender.
    In that same pan add a little more oil and sauté the chilies, once they are toasted they are added to the same blender, the chicken broth and the salt are added, it is liquefied.

    PRESENTATION

    It is added to the birria in broth already served or in tacos. The leftover can be used as a hot sauce for other things (like quesadillas.)

    TIPS

    In case you find it very spicy you can add more tomato sauce and salt.
