This strawberry sauce serves to accompany cakes, ice cream, yogurt or any dessert you want to add a light and tasty touch.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 500 grams strawberry, washed and disinfected
  • 4 tablespoons refined sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

Cut all the strawberries in half.
In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the strawberries, sugar and vanilla essence.
Cook stirring occasionally until a thick sauce forms, leave on fire for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the fire.
Blend one third of the cooked strawberries and mix again with the rest of the strawberries.
Keep refrigerated.

Excelente receta yo la acompañe con una ensalada de lechuga italiana, fresas,uvas,manzana roja, pepitas de girasol caramelizada y ajonjolí caramelizado. Y unas fajitad de pollo empanizadas con avena y coco.
