Preparation
Cut all the strawberries in half.
In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the strawberries, sugar and vanilla essence.
Cook stirring occasionally until a thick sauce forms, leave on fire for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the fire.
Blend one third of the cooked strawberries and mix again with the rest of the strawberries.
Keep refrigerated.
