Tahini or sesame paste Perfect to accompany and give a delicious flavor to chicken, meat or fish. It is a super versatile pasta as it can be a complement to practically everything you can think of. Let your imagination fly and enjoy its rich flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 spoonfuls of sesame seed
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil (water, or some other oil)
  • 1 pinch of sea ​​salt

    Preparation

    If the sesame is not toasted, rinse it in the tap, drain it well and then toast it in a large pan over medium-high heat for 5 min. Sesame does not change much color. (If it's already toasted, skip this step.)
    Let it cool and then grind it in the processor, go add the liquid little by little until you reach the desired consistency.
