Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, (water, or some other oil)
  • 1 pinch sea ​​salt

Preparation

If the sesame is not toasted, rinse it in the tap, drain it well and then toast it in a large pan over medium-high heat for 5 min. Sesame does not change much color. (If it's already toasted, skip this step.)
Let it cool and then grind it in the processor, go add the liquid little by little until you reach the desired consistency.

TIPS

Do not abuse the oils so as not to interfere with their flavor.
