This is my variation of the teriyaki sauce that I have been preparing for years, to accompany a dish of meat, poultry or seafood .... here the important thing is that this sauce combines very well with all the above .... Let the imagination fly and to cook!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cups Chinese sauce
  • 1/4 cups sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Preparation

Boil the two cups of chicken broth. Add the 1/2 cup of ground ginger and stir.
Add 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of Chinese sauce. Let it boil.
In the 1/4 cup of Sherry stir corn starch until it dissolves completely. NOTE: NO GRUMP SHOULD BE PLACED BECAUSE OF THE BOILING WE CAN GET HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE THICKNESS.
Pour the sherry to lso other ingredients while stirring as it can stick or generate lumps.
Serve right away!

PRESENTATION

After serving for a better presentation and of course flavor, you can sprinkle sesame and on top add chopped chives, the flavor will multiply !!!
