Preparation
Finely chop and diced tomatoes, onion and serrano pepper.
Chop the coriander extra finely.
Put all the chopped ingredients in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
Put a splash of olive oil, stir and rectify salt and pepper if necessary.
Serve on a plate in the center of the table.
