Ingredients

1 portion
  • 3 tomatoes, boy
  • 1 onion, girl
  • 5 serrano peppers, Boys
  • 1 twig fresh coriander
  • salt
  • olive oils
  • black pepper, freshly ground (preferably coarsely ground)

Preparation

Finely chop and diced tomatoes, onion and serrano pepper.
Chop the coriander extra finely.
Put all the chopped ingredients in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
Put a splash of olive oil, stir and rectify salt and pepper if necessary.
Serve on a plate in the center of the table.

TIPS

The best thing about this sauce is that you can make it with more tomato, more onion or more spicy according to your taste!
