A soft, light and easy bright sauce. To accompany pasta, rice, or meat and chicken, you can adapt it to your liking. It can be used to accompany more preparations (meat, mushrooms, chicken, etc.), they will be delicious and very showy.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 milliliters Water
  • 300 milliliters milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • garlic, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • sea ​​salt, to taste
  • parsley, to taste
  • basil, to taste

Preparation

Place 200 ml of water with 300 ml of cold milk in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of corn starch. Mix very well.
Place in a small basin a minimum fugue, stirring with a wooden spoon, without allowing it to stick. Add chopped parsley and basil garlic, if you like half a teaspoon of nutmeg, salt a pinch and pepper just like it, otherwise, it is not necessary.
When it begins to thicken, remove at intervals of a few seconds from the fire so that it does not stick, always stirring, and return to the fire, keep boiling for 1 minute and it is ready to serve.

PRESENTATION

With a few leaves of parsley and some whole fried peeled garlic cloves.

TIPS

You can change the oil for shortening, I use oil because that way the preparation is lighter.
