Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams canned pea
  • 20 grams bacon, fried
  • 100 milliliters whipping cream
  • 50 grams salt
  • 20 grams black pepper

Preparation

In the glass of a blender, add the peas and the whipping cream. Grind perfectly to obtain a creamy consistency.
In a pan at medium heat, add the butter and with the help of a wooden spatula, move it constantly so that it does not stick.
Add the preparation of the blender, add the pepper and bacon. Stir well and serve.
