Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • 1/3 cups Red wine
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Preparation

Dissolve the cornstarch in the water. Gradually add the other ingredients.
Put the mixture to heat over low heat and do not stop mixing until it boils. Remove from the fire.
