Preparation
Put a large pot with salt water to boil.
Put in a large pyrex, ice, water and salt (this will be to put the asparagus since they are cooked and avoid overcooking).
Put the asparagus in the boiling water and wait for the water to boil, leave about 2 minutes. Take out of the water (they must be a little hard but you should be able to put a fork without problem) and put in the pyrex of ice water. Remove from the water, dry and reserve.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, parmesan and salt. Stir and add the asparagus to cover.
Arrange the asparagus on each plate and serve with the boiled egg on top.
