  • 300 grams bacon, of Amara pork
  • 2 grams sea ​​salt, ground
  • 2 grams black pepper
  • 400 grams prune, boneless
  • 250 milliliters Water
  • 150 milliliters port
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Preparation
