Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 pieces of green pumpkin
  • 3 pieces of pumpkin yellow
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper freshly ground
  • 5 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Wash and peel the pumpkins. Cut them into very thin slices. Place them in a refractory that can be put in the oven, interspersed by colors.
    Pour a little olive oil on all the pumpkins, you can support with a spoon so you do not serve much oil.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on all pumpkins. Bake for 30 minutes.
