Preparation
Mix the saffron with 2 tablespoons of hot water and let it soak. Rinse the rice in cold water and put it in a large bowl and let it soak for 30 minutes.
Rinse the rice and put it in a strainer. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion, cloves and cook for 5 minutes. put the broth, the saffron with the water and the rice.
Put salt and let it boil. Cover the casserole and lower the heat to cook 15 or 18 minutes until the broth is absorbed.
Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Then sponge with a fork, go to a dish and decorate with raisins and almonds.
