Battered Vegetables with Habanero Dressing

This snack will become your favorite because in addition to being healthy, it is very easy to prepare. Enjoy this combination of battered vegetables accompanied by a habanero dip.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups Three Star Rice Flour®, for the batter
  • 1 egg, for the batter
  • 1 1/2 cups mineral water, for the batter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for the batter
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, powder, for batter
  • to taste salt, for the batter
  • to taste black pepper, for the batter
  • 1 cup pumpkin, sliced
  • 1 cup cauliflower, in small florets
  • 1 cup broccoli, in small florets
  • 2 habanero peppers, asado, for the habanero dressing
  • 1 cup jocoque, for the habanero dressing
  • 1/2 cups natural yogurt, unsweetened, for the habanero dressing
  • enough chives, finely chopped

Preparation

For the batter, in a bowl mix the Tres Estrellas® rice flour with the egg, mineral water, garlic powder, paprika and season with salt and pepper. Dip the vegetables in the batter until completely covered.
In a pot over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the vegetables for 7 minutes. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
For the habanero dip, blend the chili for 3 minutes with the jocoque, the natural yogurt, and season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
Place the vegetables on an extended plate with the habanero dip in the center and garnish with chives.

PRESENTATION

On a platter, accompanied by a habanero dip.

TIPS

Rice flour absorbs less oil, in addition to giving it a crunchy consistency.
