Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/4 cups black beans, Cooked
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cups white vinegar
  • 1 clove shallot
  • 2 leaves epazote
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Preparation

Add the black beans with the olive oil, the white vinegar, the shallots, the epazote and season them to your liking with salt and pepper.
Serve with your salad of preference and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the vinaigrette in a glass bottle with a decorative ribbon of your choice.

TIPS

For vinaigrettes it is important to use a part of oil for a part of acid so that it is totally balanced and delicious.
