A bowl of beans is an ideal snack for a Mexican party or one day you do not want to spend much time in the kitchen.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 onion, median
  • 1 liter pinto beans
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lard
  • salt, necessary amount
  • oaxaca cheese, to taste
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Preparation

Blend the beans and reserve.
Chop the onion very finely and cook in the hot butter, when the onion is transparent add a little salt and the liquefied beans.
Put the cheese in an earthenware bowl, sprinkle some cheese and bake for 5 min.
Serve with chips.
