I share this simple snack that can be prepared with what we commonly have in the fridge: beans, chorizo and a little cheese. It is my favorite I hope you enjoy it.

Preparation
Cook the beans in sufficient water, since they are cooked add salt (they should not be too salty since the chorizo will provide another bit of salt). Once cooked liquefy with only a spoonful of the juice of the beans as they must be thick.
In a skillet over medium heat place approximately 250 ml of water and add the sausage, stir constantly.
Once the chorizo water has been consumed, pass it to the saucepan where it is going to cook and present and add the two tablespoons of oil, move again constantly until frying the chorizo (it should not be golden, just take a little color) .
Once the chorizo has released a little fat it is time to add the beans, move to integrate and keep moving until the boil is gone because as the beans are thick if they stop moving they will burn.
Once the boil has gone out, put out the fire, sprinkle the cheese over the beans and cover with a lid so that the cheese melts a little.
Ready, serve with chips.
