Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 cups zucchini, chopped in medium cubes
  • 1 cup corn, grain
  • 1/2 cups Ham, cut into cubes
  • 1 gram salt
  • 450 milliliters Acid cream Lala®
  • 1 package Panela Lala® cheese

Preparation

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, fry the onion until the color changes, add the garlic, the tomato and cook for 5 minutes
Add the zucchini and cook for 10 more minutes. Add the corn and ham grains, cook for 10 minutes more and season.
It is served with Acid Cream Lala ® and Panela Lala ® Cheese.

Me encantan, la única forma que mi marido come calabacitas. Aun que yo frei el jamón después de la cebolla😋

En mi caso las calabacitas quedaron muy cocidas aunque solo las coci 15 minutos, no 20 como dice la receta. Pero sin duda quedaron exquisitas.
