Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/2 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic finely chopped
  • 3 pieces of tomato finely chopped
  • 2 cups of zucchini chopped in medium cubes
  • 1 Cup of corn grain
  • 1/2 Cup of Ham cut into cubes
  • 1 gram of Salt
  • 450 milliliters of Acid cream Lala®
  • 1 package of Panela Lala® cheese

    Preparation

    Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, fry the onion until the color changes, add the garlic, the tomato and cook for 5 minutes
    Add the zucchini and cook for 10 more minutes. Add the corn and ham grains, cook for 10 minutes more and season.
    It is served with Acid Cream Lala ® and Panela Lala ® Cheese.
