Cut the cauliflower; you can ask your children to break it into florets while you boil enough water with salt and baking soda. Once done, wash it well and disinfect it for 10 minutes; Meanwhile, beat the egg until stiff peaks form and cut the ham into small cubes. Ask your children to shred the cheese.
