Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 Knorr® chicken bouillon, Cube
  • 1 chilacayote squash, medium, washed and cubed
  • 3 ancho chiles, deveined and seedless
  • 1 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups water

Preparation

Blend the water with the cube of Knorr® Switzerland Caldo de Pollo, the wide chili and the tortilla.
Cook the chilacayotes on medium heat for approximately 20 minutes.
Pour the previous preparation into a pot and add the chilacayotes and bring to a boil.

TIPS

You can serve it with white rice, or as a garnish for some other dish.
