A rich aromatic rice with a fresh coriander sauce. This recipe will be the perfect garnish or entry for a very Mexican meal. Perfect accompaniment to dishes based on chicken or fish. You choose to combine it.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups chives, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 1/2 cups chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 cups fresh coriander
  • to taste black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a large pot heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the scallion and 1 clove of garlic and brown for 2 minutes. Add the rice and cumin and cook for 1 more minute. Add 3 cups of chicken broth and allow it to boil. Cover, lower heat and cook until rice is ready and all water is absorbed.
Meanwhile you have the coriander sauce liquefying the cilantro with the 1/2 cup of chicken broth remaining, 1 clove of garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the sauce with the rice and serve.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the rice with coriander leaves.

muy buena la receta, sana y otra opción para hacer un arroz diferente y sabroso mi critica es buena, porque es una receta saludable que la pueden comer todas las personas, una forma diferente de presentar el arroz. sencillamente me encanta
