Preparation
Cook the potatoes with everything and steamed rind.
Peel the potatoes once they are soft.
Cut the potatoes into approximately 4X4 cm cubes and use a punch to clean them.
Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours.
Fry the potatoes in a pan with plenty of hot oil.
