Perfect garrison to shield your guests. It is delicious and very simple to prepare, it is also perfect with fish dishes. Prepare them.

Ingredients

0 portions
  • olive oil
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons thick cream
  • 1 tablespoon shallot, chopped
  • salmon roe
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh white cheese
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Cook the potatoes with everything and steamed rind.
Peel the potatoes once they are soft.
Cut the potatoes into approximately 4X4 cm cubes and use a punch to clean them.
Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours.
Fry the potatoes in a pan with plenty of hot oil.
Drain on absorbent paper and add a little salt.
Mix the cream, the shallot, the salmon roe, the lemon and the cheese in a bowl.
Season the mixture.
Fill the potatoes with this mixture and decorate with a bit of salmon roe.
