This apple puree is very easy to prepare and ideal for any Christmas dinner. Apples cooked with white wine, sugar and a delicious touch of cinnamon that make it irresistibly delicious. The best part is that it is ready en 25 minutes!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 5 pieces of apple peeled and cut in half moons
  • 1/4 of Cup of White wine
  • 1/3 of Cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add apples and wine. Cook until the apples soften.
    Add sugar and cinnamon cook 5 more minutes. Lightly lightly.
    Blend until smooth. Serve and decorate with apple slices.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with apple slices.
