Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 cups oil, to fry
  • 1 kilo potato, peeled
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • to taste salt, to taste

Preparation

Heat the oil in a large pan to fry the potatoes there.
Take the potatoes and cut them into strips the size your French fries want.
Pass the potatoes through the flour so that it is slightly covered.

Claro Cristina, solo recuerda esperar a que el aceite esté sumamente caliente para que cueza parejo las papas. Un tip adicional, no tires en el drenaje el aceite sobrante, colócalo dentro de una botella de plástico antes de tirarlo al bote de basura. Saludos

me gusta el tip de la harina me gustaria saber si las papas se remojan en el agua, porque yo las hago asi , no uso harina voy a probar
