Preparation
The green beans are peeled, removing the strand they have around them. They are washed and boiled in boiling water with salt.
Once they are cooked, they drain.
In a saucepan, put the oil to heat and the onion is fried.
Add the green beans whole or in pieces and the tomato, peeled without seeds and chopped, season with salt and pepper and cover.
Once the beans and vegetables are well refried, the eggs are broken and everything is shaken very hard so that it is incorporated.
Once the eggs are set, they are removed and served.
