Preparation
Preheat the oven to 220 centigrade.
Boil water in a large pot (about 3/4 full).
Cook the green beans in the water with a pinch of salt until they are green and tender, between 1-2 minutes. (The time depends on the size of the green beans)
Drain the beans and immerse in a bowl of ice water to stop cooking. Drain and reserve.
Mix the onion and tomatoes in a bowl.
Add green beans, oregano, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with the olive oil and mix.
Put the green beans in a dish and serve.
