Ingredients

4 portions
  • enough Water
  • enough salt
  • 2 cups cauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/3 cups butter
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • enough salt
  • enough white pepper
  • enough chives

Preparation

In a pot with boiling water add salt and cauliflower, cook until smooth. Drain and cool.
Place cauliflower, cream cheese, butter, salt, and pepper in the processor. Process until reaching a very smooth puree.
Cook the mashed potatoes in a skillet over medium heat to thicken, adjust the seasoning and serve with chopped chives.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with chives and serve.

TIPS

Process the mashed cauliflower well to eliminate lumps completely.

Me gustó mucho y a toda mi familia,yo soy muy mañosa y no como coliflor,pero éste puré queda exquisito.Lo acompañé con unas costillitas al horno y champiñones salteados en mantequilla.
