It is a recipe low in calories but with a rich flavor; These pancakes are ideal as a side dish of rich meat, chicken or fish. Do not wait any longer and prepare them. Sure you will love it.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 kilos of yellow potato
  • 1 corsage of rosemary
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 of Cup of flour

    Preparation

    Cook the potato with everything and peel for 20 min. Remove the peel and reserve the cooked potatoes in a bowl.
    Cut the rosemary finely. Add it to the bowl with the cooked potatoes.
    Add salt and pepper. Crush the mixture until a very solid puree.
    Add the previously beaten egg whites to the preparation. Mix the egg whites together with the puree.
    In a saucepan, heat the oil. In a flat dish pour a little flour.
    With a soup spoon take a little of the preparation and flatten with the hand to give the shape of a cake. Go through flour and then into the oil.

    TIPS

    Accompany with a rich tomato sauce.
