Typical dish that can not miss in a table of a good Dominican, this dish is a delicious puree of bananas perfect to eat alone or to accompany it with eggs, ham, salami, etc. Do not stand without trying it.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of banana green
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter
  • to taste of cheese grated
  • 1 piece of onion finely chopped
  • to taste of Salt

    Preparation

    Peel the bananas. In a pot with water; add a pinch of salt.
    Add the bananas in the boiling water; while the plantains are cooking, in a pan with a little oil, fry the onion.
    Once the bananas are ready; remove the water, "mash" the bananas (like a puree) and add the butter. If you want to add a little more flavor you can add a little oil of what you used for the onion.
    Add the grated cheese and the onion. Mix and enjoy.

    TIPS

    No matter how much I give them, they can use more ingredients for this dish. You can accompany it with cheese, salami, jamonetas, egg (cooked, stirred or fried) or whatever you want.
