Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo mushroom
  • 10 spring onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 branch thyme

Preparation

The cambric onions will be used with the stems, the onions will sting and the stems will split as 2 cm. The fungi are washed and dried.
In a saucepan, preferably mud, put the oil and butter. When it is hot add the onions and once the mushrooms are added, the whole garlic, the chopped thyme.
Season with salt and pepper. Cover and let cook 5 minutes. Serve with your juice. If desired you can change the thyme for parsley.
