Preparation
Wash the potatoes very well and cook them in salted water, when you let them boil, lower the heat and cover. Make sure they are soft.
Heat over low heat a tablespoon of butter with garlic, just skip it a little, do not let it brown. Reservation.
When the potatoes are ready, remove the peel and crush them with a fork, heat the milk and when the first boil, add the potato, mix, add the remaining butter and nutmeg.
Season and enjoy as a side dish.
