Delicious recipe of onion rings. It is very easy to make and they have a delicious flavor. You can accompany them with the dish you prefer or as appetizers or snacks

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pieces of onion medium
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1 Cup of fresh milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • oils to fry
  • white pepper powder

    Preparation

    In a bowl beat the egg slightly, add the oil, milk, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Beat until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous batter. Meanwhile, cut the onion into thin rings (about 1/2 cm) or (0.2 of an inch). Dip each ring into the batter, drain a little and then fry in hot oil.
    Take care not to put many rings to fry at the same time, and that the oil is hot but not excessively, to give the onion time to cook a little better. Fry until browned turning with a fork.
    Remove the fried onion rings and place on absorbent paper before serving.

    TIPS

    Note: I recommend when starting to fry the rings, to try one first and check the amount of salt and pepper and thus correct the batter to taste ..

    No me quedaron igual, la mezcla no se compacto con la cebolla. Me podrian ayudar. Pero de sabor quedaron deliciosos.
