Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Poke the potatoes with a wooden stick, cook in boiling water with butter and salt for 30 minutes. Cool. Make cuts in the potatoes without cutting through completely and brush with butter. Add salt, pepper, and fill with bacon. Wrap in aluminum foil, bake for 10 minutes. For the sauce, heat Santa Clara milk with butter. Add cream and cheese, and cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Season. Serve the potatoes with the sauce and garnish with Chinese parsley.
