Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken consommé
  • 1/8 tablespoons saffron
  • 200 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red pepper, cut in julienne
  • 1/2 cups pea
  • 1/4 teaspoons Red pepper, milled
  • 200 grams tomtato, cooked and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, Crushed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 200 grams chicken, in cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil

Preparation

In a large skillet over high heat heat the oil. Add chicken, rice, onion, and garlic.
Cook until the rice is golden, add the consommé, the tomatoes, the pepper, the red pepper and the saffron.
Boil over high heat. Reduce the heat, cover and boil for 10 minutes.
Add the shrimp and peas. Cover and boil another 10 minutes or until the rice is ready.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a large platter to make the paella, decorate with red pepper in julienne.

TIPS
