This recipe is a good idea to use a mashed potato that has left over from another recipe. The potato croquettes look great!

Preparation
In a bowl put the mashed potatoes, milk, salt, pepper, chopped green onions, beaten egg yolks and flour. Mix everything well and refrigerate.
With a spoon to make ice cream balls, form balls of the potato dough and pass through the beaten egg and then through the bread crumbs.
Fry each kibble in a pan filled with hot oil until brown on all sides.
